Key Accountabilities:

•Conduct a logistics field assessment and develop the logistics strategy and implementation plan for the logistics teams
•Ensure the Logistics plan and strategy is implemented and monitored within the project
•Visit all project sites to ensure that systems are in place and functioning
•Support country office initiatives around international logistics systems
•Develop and maintain a procurement plan and ensure local, national and international procurement practices are compliant
•Develop the logistical aspects of the program emergency preparedness plan.

Qualifications, Relevant Work Experience and Skills
•University degree/ masters qualification in Logistics and Procurement
•At least 8 years progressively responsible experience in Logistics and procurement
•Experience of working with an international NGO
