Duties and Responsibilities:
•Organization design –Analyzing strategic intent of the organization role accountabilities, developing organizational structural options , job design , job evaluation , Manpower planning
•Performance and reward , Performance management system and measures design , Balanced scorecard design and implementation , Compensation strategy and structure design , Long-term and short-term incentive scheme design including
•Leadership capacity development : Competency modeling , Assessment and development centers , individual development planning and mentoring , Succession planning , Coaching and mentoring
•Change management -Change management strategy , Change readiness assessment , Communication plan
•Human resource strategy , Visioning HR scorecard , HR outsourcing , HR service delivery
•HR transmission advice , HR pre-menger due diligence , HR post-menger integration
Qualifications
•A Masters degree holder in HR or related field with a post graduate qualification in HR ( eg Post graduate Diploma ) , A member of HR professional body is an added advantage.
•A Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR professional services and knowledge and experience in HR Counseling
