Roles and Responsibilities:
•Everyone is a health campaign aimed at reducing child and maternal mortality.
•Reporting to the Director of Program Development and Quality , the candidate is responsible for the everyone campaign and fundraising strategies developed as part of the country program strategic plan 2010-2015, oversee advocacy activities , resource and popular mobilization and communication policy change pillars .
•In addition, the person is responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality communication materials that respond to the needs of the campaign , especially the popular mobilization pillar.
•He/she will be required to identify how the campaign involves external institutions in country and external departments and individuals
Qualifications and Experiences:
•Minimum of a Degree in Mass Communication, Management, Social Sciences or any relevant field. Post Graduate training in Project Management , Community Development and Participatory Approaches is an added advantage .
•At least 5 years progressive experience in working with an international NGO, preferably in the Advocacy and communications department .
•Experience with health campaigns/messaging.
