Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:

•Bachelor’s  degree (Master’s  preferred) in Development , Social  Sciences, Public  Health or  related  fields
•Professional  training  on or  experience  with  monitoring  and  evaluation
•Knowledge of the  social-economic  and political context  in northern  Uganda
•Familiar  with current effective  practices  in monitoring & evaluation
•At  least  5 years  experience  in monitoring  and evaluation of  health  (preferably USAID  funded ) projects
•Demonstrable  abilities  in planning  and  coordination
•Computer skills – MS  Office  , Internet , database  and  data analysis  software
•Strong  strategic  and analytical  thinking  , interpersonal, communication  and leading skills
