Qualifications:
•Advanced degree in health , population , demography , social sciences or related field .
•Clinical background in SRH health and family planning
•Minimum of 8 years experience in management or sexual and reproductive health/family planning or development programs for key populations or MARPS
•Technical experience in reproductive training in Africa , preferably in Eastern Africa at both basic and advance level
Knowledge and Skills:
•Knowledge of SPRHR service delivery integration in general and in Africa in particular .
•Ability to develop , manage , and administer comprehensive programs
•Excellent communication , interpersonal , facilitation skills facilitation skills and experience in the use of participatory methodologies
•Skills and experience in managing staff and working with teams
•Understanding of health programming and issues of accountability to beneficiaries and stakeholders .
