Job Title: Senior Nursing Officer - 3 Posts

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manages and accounts for all allocated resources.
•Plays a supervisory role in the provision of nursing care.
•Submits timely requests for essential equipment’s and supplies.
•Ensures equipment is secure, functional and well maintained.
•Participates in research activities.
•Imparts knowledge and skills to the staff supervised.
•Ensures that staff adheres to Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics.
•Counsels Blood Donors before and after blood donations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
•The applicant must be double trained at a Registered Level or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
•Member of the Nurses and Midwives Council and should have served at least three (3) years as a Nursing Officer.
•The ideal candidate should demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and analytical skills
•Excellent people management skills and culturally sensitive.
