Qualifications
· Minimum of a Master’s degree in Public Administration , Statistics, Economics related disciplines , Planning and Management or Industrial Psychology with an Honours degree in any humanities or Education.
· Qualification in Data Analysis or research methods is an added advantage .
· At least 5 years relevant work experience .
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain data bases
· Develop Monitoring and Evaluation systems
· Establish a research agenda of the Board
· Establish innovative and knowledge management centre
· Review examination results statistics with a view to improving examination techniques and produce periodic reports
· Document Lessons , experiences and good practices learnt
