Job Title: Manufacturing Team Leader
The Century Bottling Company Limited is seeking to recruit suitable candidates for the vacant position above.
Responsibilities
•Be responsible for adequate production to meet demand and achieve production efficiencies in line with company standards.
•Achieve raw material yields particulary on crowns Carbon dioxide (CO2)
• Document and implement all daily , weekly and monthly production records in line with our Coca Cola Requirements (KORE), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point and MDWT requirements .
•Ensure the line starts on time and with minimal rejects , run effictiently and close down with minimal rejects while optimizing output.
Qualifications
•Degree in Mechanical , Electrical or Production Engineering .
•At least 3 years experience in industrial mechanical work preferably an FMCG.
•Must possess good analytical ability and problem solving skills , with a proactive attitude .
•Must be strong team player possessing a high degree of integrity, flexibility, honesty and ability to work under minimum supervision .
