Objectives
•To establish the current status of children in intervention schools ; Child Centre Alternative Non-formal community Based Education (CHANCE) and government schools on literacy
•Will establish the extent to which children in intervention schools are competent in the 5 key reading skills that include
•Letter writing
•Vocabilary ,
•Phonemic awareness ,
•Reading fluency and
•Reading comprehension
