Reports to: Head of Msente
Job Purpose:
To deliver Msente training needs analysis and execution of the M sente training manual.

Applicants must have:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience at an operational level in a training environment.
Computer Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Carry out training needs analysis derived from customer feedback from the Msente administrative office and call centre teams.
Prepare monthly training plans to address the training needs analysis report.
Implement the training objectives, procedures and processes.
Evaluate the training through questionnaires and telesales.
Define and regularly update the Msente operational manual (processes and procedures) and ensure regular sensitization of agents on these processes.
Ensure recruitment of Msente Blue Warriors (MBWs) meets the agreed headcount.
