An ideal candidate should know how to; Determine employees training needs and recommending appropriate trainings to management and Organize, Coordinate and Execute all trainings in a given time frame to ensure all required skills are up to date.
Requirement:
Job requirements: Graduates of degree in degree in Human Resource Management and other related discipline. Candidates must have at least Four years' relevant working experience in a similar role in a large manufacturing company. Post graduate experience and Knowledge of existing labour laws will be an added advantage.
