Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Duty Station: Kampala

Responsibilities
•Dealing directly with Customers either by Telephone ,Electronically or Face-to-Face Responding promptly to Customer inquiries and resolving Customer complaints
•Maintaining, Updating and Administering the Customer Database .
•Liaising with both the Technical and Sales Teams for follow up on Customer Orders/Complaints
•Processing Customer Pro-forma Invoices , Orders , Worksheets and Delivering Notes for Invoicing.
Requirements
•A minimum of a Diploma in Secretarial Studies , Human Resource Management & Tourism , Social Works and Social Administration or Development Studies from a recognized institute
•Knowledge of Customer Service Principles and Practices is a must.
•Knowledge of Computer and relevant software applications is a basic requirement
•Solid Verbal and Written Communication skills , Creativity , Reliability , attention to detail , Good team player and ability to work in a fast paced environment .
