Job Title: Roaming Data & Revenue Reporting Officer
Reports to : International Roaming Manager
Job Purpose
To monitor roaming revenue to ensure correct billing and no revnue leakage

Applicants must have
Bachelors degree in a relevant area
Knowledge and understanding of the Telecommunication industry, especially cost trends and traffic routing
At least three years experience in similar position
Proficiency in MS Office Application
Experience in use of statistical programmes
Practical knowledge in SQL
Duties and Responsibilities:
To run daily TAP file reconciliations from the billing system
To ensure rejected TAP files are corrected in time
To run weekly and monthly roaming revenue reports
To follow up Fraud alerts to minimize roaming revenue loss
To forecast and project roaming revenues
To plan monthly commercial launches
To liaise with the data clearing house to ensure the smooth flow of TAP files to and from UTL
To reconcile monthly roaming revenues to reflect on bills and invoices
To verify invoices from clearing house to reflect processed CDRs for the given month
To monitor operations on the roaming hub and manage the adding and removing of roaming partners
To report weekly revenues made on the roaming hub
To ensure CDR reconciliation on the hub ties into the invoice
To liaise with roaming coordinator to recommend new additions onto the hub by the roaming hub provider
To reconcile billing revenue against Revenue from clearing House and GSM Partners
