Job Title: Logistics Officer
Infectious Diseases Institute is seeking to employ suitable applicants for the above post.
Responsibilities
•Coordinate project logistics activities including procurement, management and storage of surgical , pharmaceutical and lab supplies .
•Ensure availability and cost-effective , safe efficacious and rational use of surgical , pharmaceutical products including strengthening the already existing SCM health systems at the project sites .
•Strengthen the process of Logistics management of supplies in alignment with MOH guidelines .
•Support forecasting and qualification of project supplies
•Support good storage and distribution practices at all project circumcision sites .
•Support Logistics related technical aspects of training targets (including development of a training plan to achieve training targets )
Requirements
•The minimum requirement is a Diploma in Pharmacy .
Experience
•At least two years of relevant work experience in a similar position .
