Job Requirements:
Job Purpose
• Reports to the Finance Director and supporting in managing , supervising and coordinating all operational , administrative and logistics-related activities for NU-HITES project .
• This includes bit not limited to providing oversight of project procurements and compliance including overseeing office operations.
• The incumbent will also responsible for providing guidance to project staff on administrative challenges and day-to-day decision making to ensure efficient and effective project implementation.
Knowledge
• Demonstrable knowledge of USAID Rules and Regulations , USAID Project Management , Procurement , Human Resources and General Operations and Administrative Management ;
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of management experience ;
• Degree level qualification in a relevant field , such as Business Administration , Finance , Operations and International Development /NGO Management .
• Experience of financial management including budget preparation , forecasting and monitoring .
