Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for
The profit and loss management of the UTL Shops
Achieving sales targets
Delivering good customer experience in the UTL shops
People and performance management
Maintaining the UTL Brand Look and Feel of the shops
Ensuring adherence to Policies and procedures
Monitoring and managing shop stock levels
