The State University of New York’s Centre for International Development seeks superior candidate to serve in several positions ;
Functions
•Will be responsible for proper implementation and operation of a $1.6 million grants program , including monitoring all aspects of the grants management process and ensuring proper compliance with USAID regulations , grant objectives and requirements set forth by the Coorperative Agreement governing the work of the project .
•Will ensure that the organization awarded the project develops results , indicators and targets to structure the grants program and ensure it meets its overarching objectives
Qualifications
•Bachelors degree . Significant formal training in finance and accounting . A masters degree in project management , finance accounting , financial or organizational discipline is desirable .
•A minimum of five years of experience managing and administering U.S . Federal grants and/or contracts in some capacity .
•Skills and experience in training partiners and grantees in grants management and required reporting methods
•Possession of cultural awareness and sensitivity
