Purpose
•    To  support  the Human  Resource  &  Administration  Director  in  the  management  of Human  Resource  function  with  emphasis  on  Recruitment ,  induction  and exit of staff  , contract terms and Conditions  of service  , HR  documentation
•    Performance management, and management of staff welfare /benefits
•Perform Any other duties assigned
