Main duties and responsibilities:
To assist the Academic Registrar in:



Supervision of all academic programmes;
Coordinating students’ school practice and field work;
Creating and coordinating University timetables as per the university curriculum
Supervising University examinations;
Ensuring that the grading of examinations is done in a proper and timely manner;
Other duties as may be assigned.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications & Experience:

At least a Master’s degree in Education, or a management related field;
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a position of responsibility at an academic institution;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets;
A practicing Christian, ready to acknowledge, respect and promote the identity, vision and mission of the University.
