Job Title: District Liaison Officer
Plan International is recruiting suitable qualified applicants to fill the vacant post above .
Responsibilities
•Overseeing and monitoring and implementation of the compliance practices in line with Plan USAID guidelines for all district related funding from NU-HITES
•Responsible to payments during NU-HITES district supported activities and ensuring proper accountabilities are received for all funds advanced .
•Carry out financial monitoring visits to strengthen Financial Management of NU-HITES supported activities by district stakeholders .
Qualifications
•Bachelors degree in B.Com, BBA or related fields
•2 years relevant experience working with USAID or similar donor funded projects
•Professional training on or experience with related field would be an added advantage
•Knowledge and experience of working in the socio-economic and political content on northern Uganda .
•Good communication , negotiation and mobilization skills
