Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Dama Consultants Limited is inviting suitable applicants for the vacant post above .
Tasks
•Plan , implement and evaluate employee relations and human resource policies , programs and practices in line with business plan and strategy.
•Coordinate and supervise the implementation of approved human resource management and development policies , system and processes ; ensure that HR function provide support and assistance required by line managers in implementing the policies and processes .
•Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the approved human resource management and development policies , procedures and practices in all business units and ensure that pragmatic and consistent best work practices are adhered to ;
Requirements
•A University degree or Professional qualification in human resource management from a recognized institution .
•Membership of a relevant professional association is an advantage .
•A minimum of ten years working experience part of which is acquired at a senior management level and covering all aspects human resource management and development , programs and employee relations including negotiation with trade unions.
•Computer skills especially MS Office .
