Responsibilities

•    To  accurately    record  minutes  of  Board  of  Board  Meetings, Committee  Meetings  & AGM
•    To monitor  external  legal  services  and ensure effective  representation of the bank  in the Courts  of  Law .
•    To ensure  compliance  with Bank’s  memorandum  and  articles  of  association.


Requirements

•    Honors Bachelor  Degree  in Laws  gained  from  a  recognized  university .
•    A post  graduate  Diploma  in Legal  Practice  ;
•    A Master  Degree  in Laws  (LLM), Business  Administration  or any other  relevant  post graduate  qualification  gained  from a recognized  university .
•    Must be  an enrolled   advocate  for at least  seven  years .
•    Membership  to  ICSA  will  be an  added  advantage.
•    Good Interpersonal &  teamwork  skills
