British council in Uganda seeking to recruit suitable Administrative Officer to be based in Kampala, Uganda
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Closely support the Head of Partnerships and projects in providing Administration and organization support towards the projects the team
•Manage customer Enquiries through face to face , email and digital platforms in line with the British Council corporate standards and polices
•Managing the front desk and customer care lines by attending to all walk in customers/visitors
Skills Knowledge, Experience and qualifications
•Relevant Qualification
•Proven experience in customer service and administration
•Customer service knowledge
•Administrative and organizational skills
•Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening skills
