Job Description:

British council in Uganda seeking to recruit suitable Administrative Officer to be based in Kampala, Uganda

Duties and Responsibilities:
Closely support the Head of Partnerships and projects in providing Administration and organization support towards the projects the team
Manage customer Enquiries through face to face , email and digital platforms in line with the British Council corporate standards and polices
Managing the front desk and customer care lines by attending to all walk in customers/visitors
Skills Knowledge, Experience and qualifications
Relevant Qualification
Proven experience in customer service and administration
Customer service knowledge
Administrative and organizational skills
Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening skills
