Mildmay Ugandais an HIV/AIDS treatment and training centre also providing Health Systems Strengthening to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services in 16 districts of
Central Uganda. Situated on Entebbe Road, Lweza, South of Kampala, Mildmay Uganda is seeking applications from experienced and motivated people interested in a rewarding career


Job Summary: The position holder will be responsible for developing M&E plans and systems for new Mildmay Uganda grants and business initiatives and ensure effective project monitoring and reporting

Requirement:
  • Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Economics or Statistics with a Masters Degree in Public Health, Population studies, Development studies or Social Work. S/he must have post graduate training in Monitoring and Evaluation.
  • Successful candidate will have at least 5 years of Monitoring and Evaluation experience 2 of which must be in writing high quality programme level reports.
  • Experience dealing with donor reporting is a requirement for this job.

Other qualities are:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Proficiency in various MS office packages and working knowledge of English and local language(s) are crucial.
  • Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Must be flexible, reliable, able to work under pressure; and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay Uganda.
  • Evidence of a nonjudgemental approach regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.
