Job Summary: The position holder will be responsible for developing M&E plans and systems for new Mildmay Uganda grants and business initiatives and ensure effective project monitoring and reporting
Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Economics or Statistics with a Masters Degree in Public Health, Population studies, Development studies or Social Work. S/he must have post graduate training in Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Successful candidate will have at least 5 years of Monitoring and Evaluation experience 2 of which must be in writing high quality programme level reports.
- Experience dealing with donor reporting is a requirement for this job.
Other qualities are:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Proficiency in various MS office packages and working knowledge of English and local language(s) are crucial.
- Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Must be flexible, reliable, able to work under pressure; and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay
- Evidence of a nonjudgemental approach regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.
