Qualifications 
·         An  Honor’s  degree  in  Education, or  Humanities  or a  field  examinable by the  Board  with  a  certificates in Customer  Care or  Public  Relations.
·          A certificate in Office Practice and administration  or  Front Desk  management  is  an added  advantage .
Responsibilities
·         Ensuring   good  client  relations  and customer  care  as the  culture of University.
·         Ensuring  correct  information  and messages are  transmitted  or  provided at all  times 
·         Ensuring  efficient  use  of the  telephone  system at the  switch board
·         Receiving  visitors  and  directing them  to the  officers  they  wish  to see  or  who can  handle  their  cases .
·         Handling  inquiries  from  visitors /clients  and refer  them  to other  officers where necessary.
·         Receiving and transmitting  messages to members of staff
·         Looking after the telephone  equipment  and  reporting  any faults  to the  Administrative Officer.
·         Perform any  other relevant duty as assigned by the  relevant  Supervisor .
