          Qualifications:  (i) A PhD in Plant Pathology or Microbiology.

 Duties:                        Teaching, examining and grading of graduates

                                    Supervision of research for graduate and undergraduate students

                                    Mentoring junior staff in academic growth and research

       b). Post:                Assistant Lecturer       (6)

Qualification:   (i) Masters Degree in Microbiology or Plant Pathology                              

                          (ii) Minimum of an Upper Second Class Bachelors Degree in Botany

                                 Or Agriculture or Biology with Microbiology and Plant Pathology

                                as an elective.

     Or

Qualification:   (i) Masters Degree in Biotechnology or Molecular Biology                              

                          (ii) Minimum of an Upper Second Class Bachelors Degree in Botany

                                 Or Ethno botany or Biotechnology or Molecular Biology                              

Duties:    Teaching, Supervision of Undergraduate students and research projects.

   (a)     Post:     Lecturer                      (2)

     

          Qualifications:  (i) A PhD in Chemical Engineering.                            

                                           (ii) A MSc. in Chemical Engineering.

 Duties:                        Teaching, examining and grading of graduates

                                    Supervision of research for graduate and undergraduate students

                                    Mentoring junior staff in academic growth and research

       b). Post:                Assistant Lecturer       (2)

Qualification:   (i) Masters Degree in Chemistry                              

                          (ii) Minimum of an Upper Second Class Bachelors Degree in Science

                                (Majoring in Chemistry)

OR

                          (i) Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering                              

                          (ii) Minimum of an Upper Second Class Bachelors Degree in Science

                                (Industrial Chemistry)
