i) Qualifications:

•A Bachelor's of Arts Degree from a recognized University/Institution either in Sociology ,Economics,Geography,Demography,Development studies or statistics

ii) Competences:

•Planning,Organizing and coordinating
•Policy management
•Information Communication Technology(ICT)
•Records and Information Management
•Communication
•Time Management


Duties:

•Drawing population strategies and action plans for the District
•Collecting and analyzing data for integration into the District Development Plan

•Processing data into useful information for decision making
•Producing population related reports
•Organizing and implementing population surveys in the District
•Providing technical support to Local Government on Population matters
