ZOA is an International Non-Governmental Organization working in Uganda since 1998.
Job duties
- Maintains communication between the program area and country office
- Is responsible with other finance staff that the accounts are ready by the 15th of the following month in order to report on a timely basis .
- Maintains and updates filling system for all payment vouchers and the supporting documents as well as for documentation in the finance office.
- Manages program support staff , evaluations and appraisals and advises the program manager on HR matters
Requirements
- Degree in Accounts or any relevant qualifications in the field of finance .
- Proven experience of over three years in accounts , administration and logistics
- Good command of English and Swahili will be an added advantage
- Good computer knowledge , especially MS Excel and any accounting software
