Applicants must have
Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience at an operational level in a related environment.
Computer Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To acquire and register M-sente Retail Agents in the designated region to meet monthly Agent recruitment targets.
To acquire and register M-sente subscribers in the designated region to meet monthly Subscriber Targets.
To liaise with the M-sente Retail Sales Manager to deliver the B2B Agenda in the designated Region.
To recruit, train and supervise M-sente registration warriors to drive subscriber growth.
To manage the M-sente product portfolio within the designated region through quality trade audits to verify Agent Liquidity, trade visibility, resolution of Agent queries and other follow-ups.
To monitor and report on competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities in the region.
To represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and promotions.
To advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special M-sente promotions.
To adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethical conduct.
