Cayenne Restaurant is openning a chain of restaurants in Uganda and is looking to hire a highly compentent team to help it revolutionarise the food business in Uganda.
Job Title: Sales Representative
Closing date: July 05, 2013 - 5pm
Key Duties and Responsibilities;
Provide service with a smile and with attentiveness.
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
Take orders from customers for food.
Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
Inform customers of daily specials
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up server station, taking out trash.
Perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes.
Carry out packaging of Food products for Customers.
Requirements;
Certificate in O-Level and a certificate in food service will be an added advantage
Essential;
Customer and personal service knowledge.
Food production knowledge
English language
Sales and marketing knowledge
Good communication skills
